About Rimscout
Rimscout is a tool that monitors your network from a user perspective to detect and solve network related issues. Rimscout generally consists of two components: clients and the portal. The client is installed locally on a users machine to collect useful system information and execute connection tests. This data is then reported to the portal where the data of all clients is stored and can be analyzed to identify trends and anomalies.
