Location overview

This page provides an overview of a selected location by showing its current issues, reporting clients and system profile statistics.

Current issues

At the top of the page one finds a list of all issues currently reported by the clients in the selected location. Use the datetime picker to view historical data.

Filtering issues

To gain more inforamtion about a specific issue, tick the checkbox next to an issue. This filters the displayed information.

• The clients table will now only display clients that have reported this issue.
• The statistics section will show the configuration of all clients with the selected issue, to identify if a specific configuration correlates with the issue.

One can select multiple issues. The clients table and their configuration will then display all clients that have reported at least one of the selected issues.

Viewing issue details

To view more details about a specific issue, click on the title of an issue and to navigate to its Issue details page.

Clients

The Clients section displays a list of all clients that report data in the selected location. Click on a client’s device name to navigate to the Client details page.

System profile statistics

Below the Issues and Clients tables, you’ll find multiple bar charts displaying configurations for some network and system properties. Each bar chart lists all reported configurations and shows the number of clients that reported each configuration.

Title	Description
Provider	The names of the detected providers.
Connection type	The connection type of the clients.
VPN	The name of the used VPN, if one is used.
Public IPv4	The detected public IPv4 address of the clients.
Default gateway	The IP address of the connected default gateway.
Operating system	The full name and version of the installed operating system.
